Quite dubious about this restaurant after reading the reviews. But it looks so nice that we thought we’d try it. Staff were good on arrival. Ordered two very expensive Vodka and tonics that were very nice all the same. A lot of the reviews mention the lack of attention and long waits but we prefer that to being rushed out of a restaurant. It really is just that it’s so busy. The staff are non stop and do their best to keep everyone happy. Starter was nice. Wine we ordered was nice. Then came the main! We have been enjoying evenings here for many years, the highlight of the holiday.Not this time, we waited for 30 mins before being offered a drink, we had to ask for someone to take our order and were told, yes but not me! . The service was slow, delivered with indifference and there was 45 mins between courses. The food was mostly delicious although the Paella was far too salty, this isn 't an individual taste, there were huge chunks of salt. We had to ask for the bill three times. What a pity such a great place is suffering from poor management. I observed 7 people trip on the step from the cloakrooms and told staff. Hard to call. Nice vibes qith DJ. So busy we feel the experience was diluted as staff under a lot of pressure. Cocktails were good. 90-minute wait from arrival to serving main course but staff were doing their best. The amazing view from balcony tables helps you relax in this regard. Shared starters Calamari and Tacos were mediocre and over priced. All enjoyed main courses Overall...Pleasant,Slow.
Lovely setting with a really chilled vibe. We had a 9pm and staff were really under pressure and distracted. Nice food but long waiting times. Don’t forget to confirm your booking on receipt of email, followed by a second confirmation required, otherwise your table will be cancelled.
Fantastic setting on the front at the Port. Food was delicious as were drinks . Only slight reservations were the service , slow and standoffish, and the tips were cash only. But would recommend
