during a schooling in walldorf, I have been recommended by another school participant the restaurant rebstöckl.The restaurant is located a eckhaus in walldorf and has a cozy wine-pinten living room atmosphere. there are over 20 seats. in the restaurant smelled a bit after fresh air or the like, but not too intrusive and therefore o.k.The wet was very friendly. I have eaten the fillet pot with cheese, sauce and insect salad and drank a giant. the side salad was very tasty and already a quite large portion. the filetpot was then actually a small Bratsr pot and the portion would also have been good and happy for 2 people. he was half filled with cheese and sauce and on top 3 thick filet slices....
this place is great! the owners, the raabs, are excellent hosts and excellent chefs. they are specialized in authentic German cuisine and have special seasonal dishes that are typical: economical (white spa) in the economical season, mushroom (sweet) in the fungal season, suppening, frying, carving, sour roast etc. is important that the raabs do not want to stalk them out. when the brand to conversion happened, the raabs did not change their prices from 1 mark to 1 euro as other restaurants did. our absolute favorite when we lived in Germany. we never miss to return for an excellent, carefully prepared meal.
enldich again a local in which I and my son are fed! cheap prices and delicious food. the Swabian filetpot is our favorite food, homemade late, thick mushroom sauce and delicate pork fillet...mmmhhhhGut bourgeois German cuisine but also fine fish- mushels and Spanish specialties are to be found on the menu. we want to go back to the life of the economy because the sauce hollandaise of the austerity are simply world top! good quality and, as already mentioned, you will get tired of it! :)
during my stay in walldorf I have eaten to the SAP school one evening in the rebstockl. from outside it may not look much, inside it was very cozy. I went on another recommendation to the jägerschnitzel and was not disappointed. first I got a supplementary salad as an appetizer and then came this huge carving with mushrooms in the size of my whole teller and another teller with pommes! it was good traditional German eating!

I had a night at Rebstockl during my stay in Walldorf for SAP Traning. It could not look like much from outside, it was very cozy inside. I went to another recommendation on the Jägerschnitzel, and I was not disappointed. First I got a complementary salad for starters and then came this huge chips covered with mushrooms the size of my whole plate, and another dish of chips! It was a good traditional German food!
This scenic, small restaurant, run by a couple (he German, it Catalan), serves excellent typical German cuisine in huge portions. The Slayer is my favorite. You also have an evil paella. They are closed on Saturday! Many evenings fill them out, so consider a reservation, especially in winter when their terrace is closed.
there are floor-to-ceiling kitchens. the wife of the hazses is nice and serves the guests quickly. the portions are luxuriant and the qualifying was super(buttersarte pork lard).price keistung is definitely true here.
I agree with the previous reviews: The food is authentic and tasty, the meat of high quality, and the service is very beautiful (German/Spanish owner). Portions are really big, and the late and sauce are homemade.

it was the right food from the region, with family atmosphere. .class quality and quantity....a restaurant that is not inflated but punctured by its natural friendliness! thanks for eating that stays in memory!
the rebstöckl offers good bourgeois German cuisine. huge portions - but unfortunately without any whipped. the atmosphere is average. the service is okay.
