I was seated at 8:00, no one even looked into my direction for 15 minutes, when Michael approached me he said hi, no apology, considering he went to two other tables before he came to me, just to clear the dishes, unbelievable, you don't do that to an ex server, 15 more minutes to get a watermelon lemonade which was awful and I had to send it back, bitter and sour, 15 more minutes just to get biscuits, 8:40 Michael approached me to say, I forgot to put your order in, it will take longer than expected, can i offer you some clam chowder? After not visiting for years, I recently returned to try the all-you-can-eat shrimp. Unfortunately, I had to wait an hour for my meal, and once I finished, no one came to take my order for a refill. I didn't want my dining companion to wait, as they had already finished their meal, so I requested the check. To my surprise, I was charged for something I could have enjoyed more had I been offered the "pick 3" option. I would have loved to indulge in the all-you-can-eat shrimp, but given that the dining room wasn't even full, the long wait was really disappointing. This was the first time I left a restaurant feeling hungry.
I've been to Red Lobster 3 times now. First 2 times was a while ago and did not like it at all. I decided to go again to see if maybe things have changed. Sadly, it hasn't. Food is not good at all, both lobster tails were way overcooked and tasted horrible, we spent alot of money, inside looks empty and not homey, we waited for so long for our food and they kept on forgetting stuff. I didnt get part of my order until right before we left and so I had to box it to go. Overall, it was not a good experience.

The staff here are incredibly nice, and the food is delicious! However, we experienced a wait of nearly 40 minutes just to get our order taken, and our server was hard to get a hold of. He was a pleasant young man, and perhaps he was just overwhelmed with work. I'm willing to be understanding this time, but I hope for an improved service experience on our next visit.
Food was good. I just feel like it's the same thing. There's no change, there's no difference. I don't know what I was expecting. I mean, it is a seafood place. Has been better. Service was good atmosphere was good. Little crowded when we were leaving. Overall I feel like It's a good place for couples but not for children.
I had a fantastic experience at Red Lobster today! Our server, Jessica, was incredibly kind and hilarious! She shared plenty of jokes and brought a lot of energy to our meal. She truly made my visit ten times better!
Excellent pleasant and romantic moment, the employees are very kind and gentlemanly, I recommend it.....
