Went out to eat with my boyfriend for valentine's day at around 8:30 and the service sucked. I get it is a “holiday” but it took more that 20 minutes to even get a glass of water. When the waiter came over to our table we ordered drinks and appetizers never received either. They didn’t write anything we ordered down. The biscuits we got were smashed. Ordered mash potato as a side got fries instead. Asked for more biscuits never got that either. Noticed that us and another table next to us were not as attended to as all other tables surrounding. Again I get it is late but overall just felt neglected and wouldn’t want to come back to this location.
Our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. We had a reservation for a party of nine at 4:30, but we weren't seated until 5:25 after raising several concerns about the lack of available tables and servers. Once we were finally seated, we quickly placed our orders, but it took 20 minutes for our biscuits to arrive, followed by our entrees about 10 minutes later. The food was average at best, and the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than what we had encountered in the past. Even after speaking with the "manager," we received no offer of compensation. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
Placed a phone order for the family Alfredo shrimp pasta and was told it would be ready by 3:30 pm although the receipt indicated it would be ready by 3:21 pm. I requested curbside pickup however the receipt indicated walk in pick up. Although I called upon arriving at 3:30 pm and was told it would be right out I ended up going inside and picking up our meal at 3:56 pm. Upon arriving at home and opening the packaging I observed that the shrimp still had the tails on. Very POOR experience overall especially considering I included a tip when placing my order.
Our Server made our visit! She continued to ask if we needed anything, and when an extra was missing from our table, she made sure we got it. I have not been in this restaurant for a long time, but I'm sure to return soon as a result of her commitment!

Recently, Red Lobster has been providing some incredible deals, and I couldn’t resist taking advantage of them. However, when I arrived, the hostess seemed rather uninterested and lackluster, almost as if she didn’t want to be there at all...
I visited this restaurant for the all-you-can-eat shrimp. My friend ordered the fish and chips, which were really tasty as well. I sampled the dragon shrimp, shrimp scampi, a shrimp skewer, and I ended up having two more servings of shrimp.
My fiancé and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant for the second time. We went there for dinner and ordered at the bar. We had calamari, and I ordered a salad, but no silverware was provided.
I was disappointed with the food I received at this restaurant, as it was not what I had ordered. However, they did offer me a military discount to compensate for the mix-up.

I ordered two lobster tails for $40.00, and they were quite small. I definitely don't think it was worth the price! The flavor was disappointing as well.
Parking: I am handicap need something close to the door.
