We typically celebrate our birthdays at Red Lobster, and yesterday was no exception as we went there for a memorable birthday dinner, just like we have for the past 30 years. Unfortunately, this experience will stick with us for all the wrong reasons. We've never encountered such poor service in any restaurant before.
The food could have been delicious, but it was served cold, which we attribute to our server's lack of attention to her duties. While she was polite in acknowledging that our food was delayed, we noticed that our table was the only one she had to serve for most of the time, and the restaurant was nearly empty with only about five other customers.

Appetizers: 1. Cheese sticks were microwaved and tasted like cardboard. 2. Mussels white wine and garlic sauce had the most disgusting smell. Hard to describe but was NASTY. Main: 1. Lobster was rubbery. 2. Shrimp scampi was microwaved. Service: 1. There were 5 tables around us that had not been cleared and we were there for at least an hour. 2. Not one thing from our table was cleared, I had to move glasses and plates to on of the tables near us. This review has a few ups and downs. The food was just average; the lobster was a bit undercooked, which seems to be my usual luck with seafood—it can be quite unpredictable. However, everything else was good. The biscuits were delicious, although not as impressive as I remembered. Our waitress, Michelle (I believe that was her name), was outstanding. She made our evening enjoyable and was a delight to interact with. It was clear that she loves her job, which was lovely to see. Thank you!
We had an amazing time at this restaurant, which offered a fantastic selection of delicious dishes. Since there isn't a Red Lobster in our area, my husband and I were excited to take our two young children there for their first visit. The waitress was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and had a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience!

We decided to have a special early dinner and were one of the few couples in the restaurant, which allowed for fantastic service. The food was, as always, outstanding. I highly recommend the Ultimate Feast. Update from July 10, 2022: I returned for another wonderful dinner, and the Admiral's Feast has become one of my favorites as well. It never disappoints!
We placed a pick-up order and were the first customers at the restaurant. Our high expectations were met with hot food delivered promptly. Although our interaction with the server was minimal, it was pleasant. The food was excellent. Four stars—would return just for the quality of the food.
Absolutely awful! During our meal, something occurred that caused everyone in the restaurant to cough, gag, and sneez. Nobody assisted us in leaving or tried to prevent new customers from entering. After this experience, I won’t be returning to Red Lobster.
The food was fantastic, and Steve provided excellent service. I celebrated my birthday there, and it was an excellent choice. We also took advantage of the Tuesday special for two.

Salmon was good however, the side quinoa was sorely undercooked, rather, not cooked. It was inedible because it was so chewy and crunchy, the texture of dried rice or Indian corn.
