I and my company dining w/me were disappointed with Red Lobster. First, when we arrived they did not honor the priority seating/wait list I had signed us up for via opentable due to them having so many people seated. This does not sound right, what is the point of having a service like this with opentable if you are not going to honor. Then, once seated, it took about 35 min for our food to come out and here we were in a rush for a concert we were attending, so the food had to be eaten in 10 min once we received it. The food was horrible, lobster tails were so over cooked that it was difficult to get it out of the shell and was like rubber, but we couldn't send it back due to time restraints...
Not sure if what just an off night but my wife and I decided to go for our 18year anniversary and didn't have a great experience. Took almost a half hour to get out drinks which mine was made wrong twice. Didn't get our bread until then was told the bread was still in the oven. Our main course was a little cold and we ended up getting my wife main course taken off because it was wrong and missing items. We noticed the bartender and someone sitting at the bar continue to walk outside to smoke and the staff hanging around the bar area talking. The manager didn't go e by once which was a shock because when ever we're at that location a manager stops by all the tables to ask if we're enjoying ev...
The hostess did not perform well. She failed to stick to the scheduled time, as we were seated 25 minutes late despite arriving 10 minutes early. When we finally got to our table, she simply dropped the menus and gestured towards them, saying, "That's your table." Although the waitress was friendly and the food was enjoyable, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Server was super nice but she had extremely long fake nails and did not wear gloves. Food was so so. Some tasted like it was old and had sat for a while. Also, once we got to the restaurant we were informed they were not honoring open table that day. Doubt we’ll go back

Food was not good at all. Shrimp tasted like it was sitting for a hour. Drinks didn’t taste like they had alcohol in them at all. Waiter was very not interested in us being there.
The order was incorrect, and the quality of the food did not meet expectations. It was slightly overcooked. I wouldn’t recommend this place, but ultimately, the decision is yours.
We made a reservation and only had to wait about five minutes when we arrived. The meal was fantastic—the food was absolutely delicious!
