Red Lobster - Table reservation

Red Lobster Decatur, Alabama UPDATED: Sept 2022 Down to 2 from the previous 3. Food, when we could get it was good, and my review would have been at least 3 's except for the service. Approx 2:30pm on Sat, empty parking lot, waited ten minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant, only two other small tables with customers. We always try to visit any restaurant during their shower hours. Server started off polite and friendly but that quickly changed. My family of five was always polite and said please every time we asked for something and ty when she brought it. We had a great experience at this Red Lobster. Our server, Emily, was absolutely wonderful! One of my sides didn't come out the way she wanted it to so she even went back to the kitchen and made sure it came back perfect. She didn't want to bring something that wasn't done right out to the table. I think a lot of people are missing out if they aren't coming here. The service is fantastic and the food was delicious!

I got endless garnel when I starved, I could have died. very slow, probably need more time for training waiter. biscuits were good and hot, I think the chefs need a little help too. it will take a long time to return.

the taste and quality of the food was lacking in this visit. the kartoffels immediately tasted. the garnels were rubbery. the pasta hard. overall I was very disappointed.
