I visited earlier this week and unfortunately did not have a good experience. I used the app to get on the wait list but the host didn't know how to access the information and had to re-add me to the waiting list when I arrived. We visited at 11:30 am. The app advised of a 5 minute wait but upon arrival,, I was told that there was only a single server which required a 20 minute wait for my party of 2. I had lunch with my little one to celebratemy birthday. I ordered the Sailors platter and he ordered the kids chicken fingers. Or drink order was taken right away and biscuits brought to the table but our order took quite a while. I asked for extra fried shrimp instead of scampi. When my order...

Our experience was decent. My husband and I are visiting from Canada. We were warmly welcomed by a cheerful hostess and promptly seated. However, we waited over six minutes for our waitress to arrive at our table, even though there were only three tables occupied in the restaurant at that time. Our server, Ashley, was friendly, and we placed our orders right away since we were on a tight schedule. The food was delicious; we opted for the all-you-can-eat shrimp. So my mother in law wanted to treat me lunch as my birthday gift. So I wanted red lobster. Service here is horrible. First off it?s slow af today?.it?s a Sunday. The Caesar salad is not a Caesar salad, they brought out a mixed green salad. My lobster was sooooo dry. Our server is new, her name is Sasha and she needs more training. She doesn?t know how to accommodate her guest. Only half of our food was brought out and her response was ? I didn?t think about that when I didn?t see it on your plate? like what??? Let me first say that the customer service I received at the bar was good, not a real complaint about how I was personally treated. HOWEVER, when I sat at the bar, I realized that I hadn't wiped off the previous guest. While I sat at the bar, I literally saw 3 separate groups of people standing up from the bar, and others coming in to sit right behind them and not even the area was cleaned by the previous guest. The bartender simply removed old plates and glasses and put menus for the next guest.so much for ?sanitation?. When I left, I saw the sanitary score, which was an 80 (B).. points shy from a C. I can't knock the server for this review. She was an absolute champ with the party size I was there with for a birthday celebration. She was the only one for a party of roughly 20 people. I haven't be to a Red Lobster in probably a decade. But if paying almost $17.99 (over $20 because I like to tip since I've worked for tips before) for 5 of spicy dragon shrimp and 4 coconut shrimp, 2 tablespoons of rice, and a cup of water is what this has become, I have to give my time and money to some place else.

My server, Mr. MJ, was young but impressively mature. When I first arrived and started feeling nauseous, he quickly brought me some water with lemon. He also noticed my daughter and me debating what to order, and he offered us excellent suggestions from the menu to help us decide. The food was served promptly and was delicious. I observed Mr. MJ expertly managing several tables, yet we never felt overlooked.

A persons fingernail was in my salad. Broccoli was over cooked. Stuffed flounder very unappealing. Manager never came to my table to address the major health concern that a persons fingernail was cutoff in a fresh garden salad. The manager only had the waiter inform us that I would not have to pay for my meal. Waiter was very professional. I still feel I needTo report this to the department of health.

The customer service was great. They need to replace the carpet for tile because the place have a bad carpet smell. My broiled lobster tail was over cooked while the grilled split tail was cooked perfectly. The mens restroom was clean and didn't have a bad smell. Book a table now

Not only was my VERY SMALL claw missing legs, I ordered Clam Chowder however I received Lobster Bisque instead!!! Even a salad requesting no tomatoes was made wrong!!! Never again through DoorDash!!! I?m very disappointed! ?
