Our food took about 30 minutes to arrive, but unfortunately, our salads were missing. When I asked about them, I learned they were out of salad, which can happen. We also noticed that we were missing a side dish. It took a while to get our waiter's attention, as he seemed to be the only staff member working and was also managing the hosting duties. When he finally checked on us and acknowledged the additional mistake, he resolved it to our satisfaction. His name was Eric, and thanks to his excellent customer service, we will definitely come back. Overall, we had no complaints about the food; everything was delicious.
Best waitress we have ever had she was attentive to our every need , I've been away 5 years last time was on my Birthday June 3rd 2018 Haven't gone back. Well food was a bit lagging and service not the greatest. This year 2 weeks after my 70th birthday, my family attended my granddaughters Graduation. They made the suggestion! I was hesitant. However you gained back my confidence. I was amazed how great it was. Thank you for being my favorite place, good to be back.!
We dined at the restaurant using a gift card. The waitress was satisfactory, but she discouraged us from ordering three specific items. While I valued her honesty, it felt somewhat uncomfortable to have a server advise against our choices. Regarding the food, it was generally quite salty, and I often felt bloated afterward. However, given that it's a chain seafood restaurant, I suppose that's to be anticipated.
I can't express enough how incredible my experience was. The service at Linwood is outstanding. The menu features a wide variety of options, including seasonal drinks and specialties that are simply amazing. The service I received was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend asking for his recommendations!

I honestly enjoyed my early dinner at this location. The food was well prepared, fresh and the server, Jay was pleasantly attentive. The prices were amazing and I also ordered two fish meals for take out. The 2 for one drinks were on point. I'm happy that this location survived, considering many restaurants didn't make it.
This was my first time at a seafood restaurant. Thoroughly loved the Ultimate Feast that includes shrimps, crab, and lobster! Great in terms of both quality and quantity. The food tastes delicious, employees are nice and friendly, and the ambience is cozy. Would definitely come back!
This is my second favorite restaurant, and I absolutely love it! Everything on the menu is delicious, particularly their lobster and clam chowder, which is outstanding. I appreciate every aspect of this place and highly recommend it to everyone.
The service was outstanding, though it was evident that the restaurant was short-staffed. I felt quite sympathetic towards my server, but he managed everything exceptionally well and kept a great attitude throughout.
