This was only my second time going to a Redlobster and I barely remember my first. This place was not super busy but fell into the understaffed curse. So limited people made a half full place feel like it was packed when waiting for a table. Luckily the service was still attentive and checked on us regularly. Though the table we were sat at was barely cleaned after the last customers. The food was very good ?. We got their date night special which was really filling for 2 people and was less than 70 dollars. It was a good night there just wish they had more staff to fix some issues
The open table time reserve was pointless. I know it's not a reservation, but when we arrived, they quoted us a period of 30 minutes above what we secured on an open table and it ended over an hour before we sat. Service was terrible, appetizers were never switched on until we asked where they were and we said they were credited, but we were accused. Server tried every way in the world to avoid that we even move away from other tables backwards, so he does not have to make eye contact with us
Service and food was not good. It was so dead in the restaurant yet our waitress only checked on us once and then left us alone for the rest of the night, had a serious face on the whole night. No smile. None of our food was hot but the plates were hot. Which also took a while to come out. We had to remind her to get us our refills. You can tell the pasta had been sitting in the back for a while, cause the sauce was dry on top. Not too mention it was so bland. Won't be going back again.
The waiter was slow, forget the product. The birthday girl water never made it on the table. Her salad was not served before the meal, we had to ask. The salad was put on the table after its use and lobster was placed before it. She loved eating. We had no time to overthrow our group, but it could use a little organization. But everything in all food was wonderful waiter was very friendly. We enjoyed each other. We'll be back.

The waiter didn't really take care of my table. No refills, every food was dry and over seasoned. Waiting area was hot. Bathroom could be better. We ordered lobster, salmon, shrimp, shrimp pasta, baked potato, and macaroni. None of it was worth finishing. Been here for the third time. Won't be coming back. If you have the money try rebelle downtown for seafood.
It was super busy, but our server Alicia was great! She was so friendly and helpful. Your suggestions for dinner were perfect! Although the restaurant was busy, Alicia ensured that we take care of fresh cookies, fresh drinks. One of the best culinary experiences I had in a while! I had no problems. The food was decent, exactly what I expected. The service was amenable. It was quiet. I would return. The value for my money is reasonable. I do red lobster about 1x per year. I prefer to eat 3lb fresh lobsters in Trenton Maine or at the weathervane down east Maine. But. I can always pig out on shrimp here in Texas at Red Lobster.
Service by wait staff was impeccable! I enjoyed by dish of salmon, broccoli, and quinoa. It was seasoned well! The cheesy biscuits were not as fluffy as other locations. The languastini pizza was not the best either. However, overall, I enjoyed my meal and my boyfriend certainly enjoyed his crispy cod sandwich.

The food was decent. The coleslaw was not what I typically expect; it had too much vinegar for my taste. The lobster tail was a bit on the small side. However, the staff were very courteous and polite.
The star of the meal was the amazing Brussel sprouts. The shrimp was delicious and scallops, and salmon was pretty good. Overall great food and amazing service.
