I was there with family to visit my daughter who attends Rutgers. They didn’t have biscuits for no one my daughter says that happened the last time she was there too. I made a big deal of it that I wanted them before my entree and that’s when the server emerged with them kind of sneakily. I heard others around us complaining about the same thing as well as their dirty table. The food was just okay. I could tell mine and my wife’s was sitting because it was lukewarm. after sitting through the host no one came to our table to wait for us 30 minutes. several customers who sit immediately after receiving service. we felt like going out, but I decided to get up and finally ask for service. the man who waited for us was very friendly and apologetic. eating came quite fast and overall it was very good. we never got the Cheddar Biscuits and because we waited so long for us to notice it only after our meal. not sure we'll be back to this place soon.
This location is great! The staff is so friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. We're a bigger party and they usually take us up fast. Last Saturday we went to celebrate my niece and nephew Communion. We had a fantastic waitress named Lisa, who not only remembered all our orders without writing anything, but also asked my sister if it was okay if her son ordered a special drink. What a great experience, once again Red Lobster never disappoints!
I hadn't been to Red Lobster in a long time, so I decided to try their delivery service today. I was pleasantly surprised by how well everything was prepared. The food was packaged securely, cooked perfectly, and had more flavor than I expected. The flounder sandwich was particularly well-done, and I was impressed by its packaging, which was much better than the McDonald's Fish Filet.

The food and service have seen significant improvements across the board. My husband is a fan of seafood, and the signature bread is excellent. I ordered my favorite seafood dish, but there was only one waiter on duty. He seemed overwhelmed and struggled to meet the demands of the customers, which made things quite challenging.
The restaurant is pricey, with all menu items priced at $35 and above. I decided to order the fish and chips. The cod was tasty, but there was a disproportionate amount of fried batter compared to the fish.
First time ordering red lobster in many many years. Had the Shrimp Your Way Choose Four and it was absolutely delcious. Portion sizes were really good. Price wasnt terrible. To go packaging was good.
The coconut shrimp was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised to receive extra biscuits! Thank you, it is always appreciated.
