I experienced several problems at Red Mango even before placing my order. I tried to order two banana peanut butter protein shakes, but they said they were out of protein. We then chose the regular banana peanut butter shake with chocolate. However, the smoothies we received had no chocolate in them. Also, the countertops need to be cleaned more regularly. The woman who made our smoothies did an excellent job, but the cashier seemed overwhelmed and had difficulty juggling multiple tasks at once. Hiring additional staff would significantly improve efficiency and help the operations run more smoothly.

After waiting almost 10 minutes for our smoothies, I was quite disappointed with mine. It tasted like an underripe banana and was overly sour, lacking any sweetness. Additionally, it had an odd and unpleasant aftertaste. I suggest saving your money and opting for Dairy Queen instead.
The berry smoothie was tasty, though somewhat expensive at $6.50 for a small. Sadly, the peach and vanilla frozen yogurt lacked any flavor.
