My husband and I visit Red Robin regularly. The staff are always lovely no matter how busy they are. I always feel very Covid safe and it's obvious they clean every table thoroughly. The food was lovely however the cauliflower cheese and parsnips were still very hard. On this particular visit we were sat next to a table who were not bothered when their children came and sat under our table and were lying across the floor, in fact the parents were encouraging the child to do this. I told the staff and they had a word with them. We had the carvery and it was lovely. Turkey looked a bit dry so we went for gammon and beef which were so tasty. So cheap as well so well worth it.
This was an unplanned visit today for lunch with my hubby and son. I immediately noticed how clean the restaurant was. We chose what we wanted and I went to the bar to order. I was super impressed by DEAN. He was super friendly, very...polite and patient. This is my second time being greeted by DEAN and he was just as lovely the first time. Anyway we had a fabulous meal very tasty, warm and we didn’t wait too long. There is a great variety of meals and really reasonably priced too. I hope DEAN stays at Red Robin as he made our experience more delightful.
Cheap and chearful no quality. Very good value for what you actually get, and I would imagine a great place to go if you want to dine out and you're on a very tight budget; however there are much nicer places with better quality ingredients for not a great deal more in the local area. I would recommend this place for families wanting a cheap meal out with somewhere for the kids to have a play.

Weekly visit for the quiz night. As always staff are excellent, with special mention to Rachel, been going for weeks and she remembers us and our orders. A real asset to the team.
Had a lovely Carvery today here. The staff were lovely,chatty,friendly and the Carver carved the meats beautifully. Really enjoyed our meal. Will be back again . Thank you.
Just had an amazing sunday roast the beef was cooked to perfection it was the best ive ever had from there, well done to the chef that cooked it as im very fussy
The restaurant was nice and clean, Dean was very helpful and friendly when taking our order, he allowed us to change parts on the order
