Less than par. I usually love red robin. Not this time. I ordered a yolky egg (over easy) and said I don't do the hard fried egg specifically. The egg came out hard fried. I told the waiter about it when he finally came back around (I was already half way done with the burger) and he said he kinda thought it was over cooked but then he didn't stay to check when the food was placed or come back quickly to see if I wanted it redone. That's poor service in my opinion. The lettuce wrap I got was brown and wilted, lettuce is cheap already. No need to cheap out even more. Loud and Crowded. Good customer service. Service Staff we're honestly doing their best and we're very sincere. Food was okay. Could've been better. Biggest turn off was many customers were letting their children run about the restaurant, roll and wrestle with other children all over the floor in high traffic areas with little or no supervision. Side dish of broccoli was ice cold and old looking,. Maybe Red Robin's (at this location) should consider building a play place similar to Mickey D's so the children can play freely in a safe space.
Best fucking fancy? Hamburg restaurant in the state of Michigan. Burgers are always amazing and the glasses are filled as quickly as you can pull them down. The staff is always very friendly and professional and seems to enjoy the job. Restaurant is clean and exciting (if you have a child sensitive to noise, it could be a good idea to bring the earcups just because it can be overwhelming). Parking is never a problem.
Terrible. Can't believe this place is still in business. The waiter was almost fish. Two people in my group of six soups ordered. It was brought out with food. The tortilla soup was terrible. My burger was far under boiled and wrong. Maybe a handful of her endless fries on each plate. Kids chicken strips dry and cold. Children were upset. I'll never be back. Zero stars!

Ordered the burger medium and came with out pretty rare. Staff was nice enough to bring me a replacement one though. Garlic fries were also sitting in a pool of grease. Food quality not very consistent. I wouldn?t come back at least not to this Red Robin.
Our waiter was phenomenal, they were from some things, but made sure we had the options. Traveling from Detroit home in Grand Rapids, I can say this is worth the stop. Our orders were perfect. Stop and make a burger, you'll be glad you did it.
Our bartender/waitress was pretty cool. The margarita was very good along with their burgers and chicken tenders. She also gave us extra tequila in the margarita. Pretty good experience.
Big burger! The garlic butterfries were crazy greasy, but what did I expect? Was able to get a pitcher of water so that the server got a great tip! No line, food was delivered quickly!
