The restaurant is an extension of the bar. There were many people gathered at the bar for happy hour. It was very loud. Despite having a reservation, a table was not set up for the six of us. There were many open tables for 4. We were told to sit anywhere. When I explained that we had reservations for 6 people they quickly pushed two tables together. The service wasn 't much better. Our waitress was rushing around and didn 't get to us for a bit and then didn 't even ask everyone at the table if they wanted a beverage. My husband made a very last-minute (one week in advance reservation for Mother's Day. We chose Red Rock because it was close to our daughter's soccer tournament and we were coming straight from a game. We were a little leery as every other restaurant was booked and we got into Red Rock no problem. What a hidden gem! We were so pleasantly surprised by the food and atmosphere. The spread of food was incredible with tons of options (salad, shrimp, oysters, prime rib, eggs benedict, chocolate covered strawberries , staff was friendly and the hotel is really nice! We were there on a Sunday night so it wasn't very busy. We met some friends and had some catching up to do. The background music was there but nice and low so it was not competing with our conversation. I would go there again on a week night to see if it was the same. The service was excellent and the food was good. The menu was limited but there was something for everyone.
we have booked this restaurant last second because it shows availability and we were in woodbury for a event. as it turned out that the restaurant was no longer in business when we arrived at the restaurant that was in the open table website and I called the phone number to see if it moved stalls and the phone was separated.

four of us had dinner on sat night filled with only one other table. the conversation was heard easily between us four. we were all satisfied with our entrees and waitress was exceptional. kitchen could make a special dinner we wanted. we will remember this place and return again.
We were going to this restaurant to try it out before going to a movie. Although the restaurant had just a few people, we had to be asked to be served, where the food was, etc. The selections were OK, but not a good value for the quality. Sorry, we won't be back.
not what we thought. small hotel restaurant with a server. eating was in order, but not great. had buffalo wings that were good, but were so-so. walleye was a little understated. it took long from the kitchen to the table.
We truly enjoyed this experience and will come back again, just not for brunch a little pricey! breakfast eggs and hashbrowns were luke warm only. We had a good time none the less!
