Don 't get me wrong, I LOVE the Pizza here; it 's one of the best in the Cities! However.... I ordered their Philly Cheese Steak today. It was not a good sandwich, at least not this time around. I don 't recommend it.... However; let me add this. After I posted the negative feedback here, I shortly received two emails and a phone call, from the owner! Keith wanted to make sure that I was satisfied as a customer, and if not, he would make it right. Well, he did just that. He took care of the situation and made sure that the situation was resolved. Anyway.... I was extremely disappointed in the sandwich that day, but I definitely feel like a valued customer at Red 's... and will be returning!...
I was nervous about ordering after reading some of the reviews about delivery experience. Overall I’m glad I did order. Pizza and Garlic bread tasted better then any pizza place near. Food was nice and hot with the right amount of all ingredients sauce, cheese and toppings. It actually came 17 mins faster then the expected time. Delivery driver was nice. Wish I would have ordered 2 pizzas but was nervous about the reviews. Will order again.
I ordered take out for a 15 person lunch meeting from Red Savoy in Fridley. The pizza was hot and delicious. I also got the Italian salad and cheese bread. It was a big hit for the meeting. One pizza had a gluten free crust, which made all the GF eaters very happy. Afterward I got a thank you call from the owner. How cool was that! I will definitely Be a repeat customer.
It's not enough to simply say that the pizza is great; it truly is outstanding. If you haven't visited yet, you absolutely must go. Once you've experienced it, you'll definitely want to return.
