Redwood City Bbq - Table reservation

Highly recommend! Delicious fast food BBQ restaurant with quick and courteous service! We had the regular tri tip sandwich, which was so good! It's served on a soft roll that's grilled golden brown on the inside, with generous portions of smoked flavorful meat, with fresh pickled red onions and thinly sliced cucumbers, and jalapeños on the side. Also, the smoked BBQ spicy/sweet sauce is addicting! The fries are hot, crispy and seasoned well, and the coleslaw is creamy, crunchy and slightly tangy. For sandwich orders your choice of either grilled bread or garlic bread.Clean restaurant with ample seating inside and outside.

You couldn't pay me to eat here again! I ordered the tri-tip sandwich cornbread. The meat had absolutely zero flavor was dry. I eventually covered it in a bunch of their bbq sauce (not impressive either) just to try to finish what I could of the sandwich. What was supposed to be cornbread was more like a limp flavorless toast. Their prices are ridiculous for the size quality of the meals. I don't mind paying more for good BBQ, so I was hopeful, but their food wasn't even mediocre. I won't be eating there again.

Used to have amazing brisket and corn bread. May still have it, but the consistency is not there. Past few times I went, the brisket was dry. Mac and cheese wasn't memorable. Would recommend Capelo's across town.

Tri-tip and pulled pork were great. brisket was okay, kinda dry. Good BBQ and would eat here again. Only complaint is prices are high for 1/2 lbs items.

Tastiest BBQ since Brother In law in San Francisco's Fillmore district ? for those of you who were lucky enough to taste a Frisco classic!!
