It's a hit and miss. Half of the time it's good, and right. The other half is a mess and wrong. Sometimes the chicken is good, sometimes way dry. Sometimes the customer service is awesome, others, they can't get a single item right, even if you're only ordering 2 items. 2 1/2 stars for me. And only because I love the double chicken tostada, when it'smade right. But would be much better with black beans.
Just stop by El Pollo Loco to buy dinner for my kids, because they love the Chiken and M&Cheese, and I got home and find out that the chiken is burn, just by opening the box you can smell the burning Chiken, and this is not the first time last time I went the Chiken was dry and hard looks like was cooked long time ago !! So please check the food quality.
My wife and I have gone to El Pollo Loco for years and for the most part it 's been good. However this past order is unacceptable. They actually saw this raw chicken and thought to themselves Yes this looks good . The inside of the chicken was worse than the outside. Please check your food before leaving the drive.
They usually love this place, but today it looked like they didn't even try. ordered a taquito salad. you can see from the picture how you were the taquitos and the other huh was like rubber and very dry. pretty sad because I'm here a lot. that could change my mind.
