We went to Reno for lunch and we're disappointed. The special of the day was unavailable despite the fact we arrived at 12.30pm and there was only one other table occupied. So we ordered other meals and the lasagne was stoggy, with little meat and a whole lot of pasta, yuk!! The barramundi was ok when served but the potato mash was stone cold, again this was disappointing. We went there on Australia Day, understand that it was busy however that 's not my problem. We waited over an hour (we timed it ! to be asked what we would like to drink, we even had to ask them to put water on the table ! We decided we should order our food at the same time 45 minutes later 10 plates came out over a 15 minute period leaving the other 6 people to wait for another 25 minutes to get their meals. We originally asked the waiter if we could split the bill he said yes of course, only to be met with a rude woman saying no when we tried to pay. We had a family dinner at Renzo's before watching the Docklands winter fireworks. Our two primary school-aged children were well accommodated. A children's menu is available. Our kids shared a pizza from the main menu. Service was good to start, but became poor once the restaurant became busier. We had a long wait for main courses and were not updated (despite a polite request). The food was good and using a voucher purchased online made it good value.
A group of four visited Renzo's and had a fabulous experience. The service was prompt and every care was taken to ensure everything was terrific.As for the food, it was top class. We all agreed that the entrees and main courses were outstanding. Then of course ,although full we all had mouthwatering desserts!It really was a wonderful lunch and we will definitely be returning again soon.

We ordered a pizza for dinner and a portion of bruschetta . We were just amazed by the woodfries pizza and the bruschetta. It was a decent 15" pizza with awesome taste and aromatic excellence. I will definitely recommend this place to others.
RENZO'S BAR, Docklands deserves a good 3.5 out of 5, without a doubt..
