On a whim, my wife and I encountered this deliciously delightful place. And, are we overwhelmingly glad we did. Besides, the owner being one of the most delightful people on the planet. The flammenkuchen, was probably one of the most Cooked to wood oven perfection, we have encountered in the Alsace region. This place also comes with a plethora of pleasant surprises. As, Christian also happens to have trained talking parrots to entertain the masses. If you 're lucky enough to come on a Saturday evening, book early.. As, they have a live band that features Christian on the accordion. This is a Do Not Miss in the Alsace region..!

We landed here totally unexpectedly, but boy did we not regret it! Freshly cooked, high quality food accompanied by a 5star smily, friendly service at a very reasonable price... what more would you want on a sunny Sunday in summer? In spite of the high number of eaters we had not to wait very long for our food which we enjoyed to he very last little bit. We'd go back here any time!

For us, the best flamekueches ate during our stay in alsace and yet there are good ones, and then the patron was of great sympathy and very arranger (on the ingredients so that we can taste more). Location close to the city center and a parking. We'll go back to every visit in this area.

here the friendly chef serves personally, gives advices in German for ordering and then serves a dreamlike flaky cake. the map of open and bottled wines is large. a beautiful evening.

Delicious lamb plate. More than ample after 9:00 pm. Great deluxe salad with mushrooms. Fun and joyful entertainment from the owner.
