we were only years ago in this restaurant, where we found the service inacceptably slow, eating cold and overpriced. but this time we were part of a crowd up to christmas time, and thought maybe they were not affected, whagever. (my years in. the restaurant business told me that it was a lot around the bar through the staff and not enough around the tables. so we ignored the restaurant for a few years. they advertise a lot, mini-lummer tails with two half-cracked porches and trimmings so we went back. our plates were exactly as advertised, see my photo attached. looks great! but, waaait sitting, waaaaait for a server waaaaaaaaait for drinks (beer bottles, in our case). cold, not very tasty e...
we stopped in Trois-Rivieres to find a lunch on the way from tremblant to quebec. beautiful little town. many restaurants are open, which are busy with a lunch on Wednesday. we have whipped for aqua because it looked very attraktiw, promised the menu a lot...from the choice. we really enjoyed that. steak veggie pizza excellent. seafood linguine divine giant prawns scallops. very friendly, charming waitress. very recommended aqua.
We arrived out of the blue on a Tuesday evening and found they had a special deal by which if you spent at least dollars per person on drinks you got a three course meal for free! Unbelievable. And the meal was really good.. we had ribs and grilled salmon as main courses. We went back the next night and they again had a special of two main courses for the price of one. Again really good quality and very pleasant service.
This is a great place to go for a beer and a good time , i was not as sold on the food side . Do not get me wrong the food was OK but service was really slow from ordering a burger...to getting it . they did however have a good choice of beers and plenty of places to sit

fast friendly service, little expensive, ok eat quality for price, good menu, drinking service was not really fast, but they were busy and we were not in a hurry so generally good
It's a great place to come and have a drink with friends you need to order one of the local beers and the tuna tartare... not expensive.... I would definitely come back
