This family restaurantbar is well of the tourist trail in a leafy suburb of Wilmersdorf. The owner, Sebastian, together with his assistant Lucky make sure that everyone receives a warm welcome. The food is good German dishes and frequently Sebastian will have themed nights eg...Irish Night or Italian night with music and drinks according to the country being celebrated! For a set fee you can eat as much as you like from a spectacular buffet. Weekdays there is a business lunch which is very good value! Good and solid carving at fair prices. The standard carving with pommes costs about 10€. Supplements such as salad or sauce are then added, which then cost extra. However, there is also a schnitzel day on Tuesday. The carving is big and fried. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. You could sit nicely outside and the owner is very friendly.
I used to go regularly when I lived in Berlin. Good value for money. They recently renovated the whole place so looks much more inviting. They have regular events and I went to the 'all you can eat prawns' night. Great choices of warm dishes...and salad buffet and more prawns then I could eat! Worth a visit
Tuesday was Schnitzel day so we all had a Wiener Schnitzel. The portions were enormous and we didn't even have place for a desert. The quality of the food was just as you would expect from the price. Afterwards the owner gave us free Schnapps!...The owner is very kind and open for suggestions

we picked up our gans for the 2nd Christmas holiday. from the order to pick up everything worked great. but above all, eating was great, the geese was perfect. the 5 stars are deserved!
We visited in December and due to the season we had to book and their was a restricted menu. It was good honest food and large portions. The staff were friendly
