A highlight after a great day of skiing was one of the finest experiences of recent years. The best and most creative thing we have ever enjoyed. It started with a very nice welcome in the beautiful Bündnerhaus with an absolutely perfect interior design, matching equipment such as a bread trolley, the finest cutting knife, serviettes which are freshly served before dessert and lightly perfumed calmer , safe demeanor . The food outstanding , refined absolute perfection . The chef Paulo often came by to ask how things were, and he also carved the venison fillet in a salt crust. 16 Gault Millau are not fair to this food with all the supplements I would give 20.
