My mom in law took us to lunch at Restaurant du Lac on Sunday and the meal, the view and the service were sublime. I had the beef rib, grilled on the outdoor BBQ, served with potato wedges and a green salad. The meat was...perfectly grilled and tender. Mom had the grilled prawns with wild rice and tempura vegetables delicious. My hubby opted for the cheese burger with French fries and he said it was one of the best. A pichet of rose and a large Pelforth draft beer accompanied the meal. The gorgeous view of the lake was the perfect backdrop.
living in the region, we have often had the pleasure of attending this ideally placed family. during our last visit, we delighted. Of course the quality of the dishes is always excellent but the quantity it has decreased well (e.g. the main beef carpaccio is microscopic!). prices in general have become from 3 to 4 euros higher than those practised by restaurants on the central street of the gets, when at the server the latter could, despite it it must be recognized its harasing work making an effort on the amability.
back to the gets like every year, we enjoy taking our lunch at lunch in this little restaurant ideally located in front of the lake. The kitchen is very good, the chef used for fresh and time-dependent products (little beef tartar with a knife on a day of sunlight), the card is not exhaustive what is a guarantee of fresh products (not like in other restaurants on the slopes). the staff and the leader are charming people and it is very nice to return. To advise!
a gourmet break welcome to cut off an intense day of skiing. Ideally located, this restaurant is quieter than most other of the estate, on the lakeside with a beautiful terrace. On the food side, it smells like homemade, daily dishes and other poells are very good, just like desserts. service pleasant and fast. On the other hand, the terrace is run, if you want to enjoy it, it is better to book or arrive very early.

Excellent kitchen. beef capaccio the tuna salad could the turkey skewer c is tasteful. pie has the excellent blueberry lemon pie and delicious coffee like this. splendid view on the lake and the mountains. highly recommended reservation. But the prices are too inflated. for the mesh of salad and meat fries I also find that prices should be less expensive of 4/5€.
when one lets one say, at the bar, that one prefers to serve, before, a young woman who was behind us on the pretext that she was younger " (sic) that is called, being a stud. next time this malotru may say that it prefers to serve thin people, or blondes or any other undiscriminated individual. pass your way, this restaurant deserves no consideration.
spend a good time at noon in the sun on a pleasant terrace. a good-invoice kitchen and fresh day dishes.Blessly the service (server) was not at the level.long and especially the lack of smile and good mood decrease my note
