How does a store like this get 4.7 stars? Service is very friendly but doesn't respond to customer complaints. I had a Hot Shot Burger 280g for 20.50 Chf. At that price I expect quality. Instead I got a burger with 2 patties made from a meat mixture that probably came from the freezer. The salad was long past its best and should no longer be served. Serving something like that borders on physical harm. But the fries were great. We were also asked nicely if it wasn't good because our plates were still full when we wanted to pay.
