Nachdem wir, trotz aufkommenden Regens vom "Chef" des Palazzo Salis aufgefordert wurden, mit unserem Hund das einfache Restaurant zu verlassen, wurden wir äusserst freundlich im Soglina empfangen. Dieser Lokal-Wechsel sollte ein Glücksfall für uns werden. Aus einer recht guten Speise- und Getränkekarte wählten wir Lasagne und ein weiteres Pastagericht. Sehr heiss serviert, waren wir von der frischen Zubereitung begeistert. Beim nächsten Besuch im wunderschönen Soglio werden wir direkt hier einkehren. Nebst dem guten Essen, ist die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit, auch einem Hundebesitzer gegenüber, dafür ausschlaggebend.
Gli italiani che si lamentano del prezzo chiaramente non hanno la più pallida idea delle differenze tra Svizzera/Italia, che non riguardano solo questo ristorante nello specifico ma TUTTI e tutti i settori (salari più alti = costi di vita e prezzi più alti). Fatta questa doverosa premessa, questo ristorante offre una cucina buona e sostanziosa, tipicamente svizzera, porzioni abbondanti e aggiunta su richiesta. Ideale dopo una bella camminata. Carne molto buona, di qualità, tagli grandi. Da provare i gnocchetti di castagne con salsa di ginepro (?) panna e rosmarino, se non erro...
Auf der Suche nach einem Parkplatz, gelangten wir ins La Soligna.Schon beim Eintreten auf die grosszügige Terrasse spürten wir die Ruhe und Entschleunigung dieses Lokals.Die Cannelloni, die kalte Fleischplatte, alles war frisch zubereitet und versprühte ein echtes Flair von Italianita gemischt mit gewohnter Schweizer Qualität und Professionalität.Die Freundlichkeit, ungewöhnlich und so selbstverständlich wie wenn wir Stammgäste seit vielen Jahren wären.Grosses Kompliment an das ganze Team !!
28.9.2015 . Nach einer Ortsbesichtigung kehrten wir im La Soglina ein . Tolles Wetter , wir sassen draussen auf der schönenTerrasse . Hier hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht . Das Personal war sehr freundlich , wir bestellten Gnocchi aus Kastanienmehl , eine einheimische Spezialität .Das war das erste Mal für mich und es war ausgezeichnet . Vom Preis her absolut in Ordnung . Hier ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt , auch die Toilette . Das Restaurant gehört zum gleichnamigen Hotel .

this is an amazing place to eat local specialties. everything is freshly cooked. they use local meat and vegetables that they buy from local farmers and hunters. in any case worth a try!
proven hungry and tired in soglio and went here to eat dinner with the family. it was late, but they still took us and we had a wonderful meal expensive, but this is the norm.
