If you come to Titisee, getting a cappuccino & sampling their wide assortment of delicious cakes made from local fruits is not to be missed. You can easily spend the better part of an hour on the terrace, or just inside the glass enclosure if it's raining (as it often seems to be when we are there), enjoying a fantastic piece of local cake & coffee. Honestly, this place is the ONLY reason that we ever go to Titisee any more...

We'd been here a few years ago and it is surprising how Titisee has developed and become more commercialised.This is a great cake stop and has a good view of the lake but it was too cold on the day of our visit so we sat inside. Extensive menu and the food is nice. Service efficient as you would expect... Until it came to pay. Then we played a jolly game of ignore the customer until we almost had to physically grab one of the staff to get the bill.
a family member celebrated here the birthday in titisee. it is a great place to taste German food if you never had it before, as the sour wort is mild but tasty. Be sure to get a window seat as it comes with an amazing view of the lake! Eating is a bit expensive, but affordable if it only gets the simple menu elements. this restaurant was a good sound compared to others in the opposite.

immersed for a warming hot chocolate and a stretch with vanilla sauce on a cold, cold, snowy mai Monday. service was fast and friendly, eating and drinking good and cheap tourist prices, but not blackmailing. and the view over the lake of. this is excellent. yes, the picture is bf gateau, my strings are so fast no time for a picture
black forest cake was recommended here and it was very good, so not badly worth and a piece is enough for two. the pfefferminttee in a cup not so much. tee was good, but again a cup is more than enough for two if she doesn't mega thirsty. beautiful view of the lake and especially beautiful toilets.
We had an excellent light lunch here, with great views over Titisee. The waiter was very welcoming and accommodated our numerous requests with a sense of humour. Food was served quickly and was delicious. The toilets are spacious and clean.
We stopped for coffee and cake. They were very good and the atmosphere is nice and relaxing. There is a great view of the lake from the windows or the terrace.

We enjoyed a pleasant lunch here. Service was very good and food was pleasant, would definitely go back.
