A pure ravishing of taste buds: crispy pig's feet in the melting heart with their homemade gribiche sauce wisely revisited to the deliciously fresh peaches of almond milk, passing by a cute pork sublimated by a hazel sauce and its homemade purée. A real treat for taste buds. To this we add a careful and reactive service. Anyway, a real moment of happiness! Don't hesitate to pass because it's DIVIN! Thank you.

A small restaurant ideal for enjoying good local dishes! The menu changes every week and offers a choice of 3 to 4 entries, dishes and desserts. Better to book because of a limited number of places, but it is a must-see address in Pau!
