I tried the chicken poutine with BBQ sauce and I was truly surprised. The homemade fries were nice and crispy, the BBQ sauce was not too salty, had a good consistency, and a great flavor. The salad was ultra fresh, made that day, and in generous portions! The chicken was marinated and sliced thin. Overall, this dish ranks in my top 5 in Quebec, and I can't wait to go back as soon as possible!
The smoked meat at Voltine is excellent, and they are very generous with the cheese! The service is top-notch as well. If you find yourself near Trois-Rivières, this place is a must-visit!
J'ai essayer la poutine sauce brune, 8 sur 10. Une tres grande quantité de fromage par contre. J'ai hâte d'aller essayé la sauce BBQ, la note sera peut être plus élevée
