First time in this restaurant invited by a friend for my anniv. Very good surprise. Water detox ananas/ mango, Entry, : cheese sheep with sea beans. Plat: leek cannelloni with green lentils and carrot purée, of which I suspect there was fresh tomme in... Dessert: chocolate mousse. Good simple and digestive, a simple day map that lets presume freshness of products. Light and bright place, quick and pleasant service. Get back.
Habited from the restaurant and never disappointed except today as I have just learned its next closure. Incomprehension, disappointment and anger. Quality cuisine and impeccable staff, customers present and satisfied, how can we get there?
Disappointing. Where have creativity and original but always subtle flavours passed a few months ago? Dishes of day fades and watery. Too bad because we liked this place.
