I get gratuity is common when it's like 6 or more people in most restaurants are added automatically but there were 3 adults and 2 kids and yet they charge 18% on check upon the 20% tip already placed from that total did not see a sign that said how many people before they added to total yet when a question about it the waiter said she does not get the gratuity got very defensive like we did something wrong by asking well pretty sure that's not legal I mean aren't all tips suppose to go to the waiter they might need to look into that because that's messed up if they don't receive all their tip.As for the food, the chicken was edible, not the best but you can eat it, baked potato had ground b...
This place has gone down fast. The food no longer tastes like authentic Mexican food and the service is horrible. Today I picked up a parillada to go. I was charged before my food came out and a tip is mandatory on the screen. I felt obligated to give her a huge tip because she was getting my food after seeing the tip. She did not pack utensils with the meal or napkins. I spent over 50 dollars for very little food, and for the server to only give me 3 green salsas. When I asked for more she only gave me 1 which was a total of 4. I tried calling to speak to management but according to her they were not available. They catered my grandmother's funeral reception and the food was good. The chicken was juicy. The food delivery was on time and just as ordered. I would definitely use them again. Thank you!
