The new manager really needs to work on coordinating with their staff. There were too many employees who didn’t seem to be executing orders properly. Somehow, they managed to skip over both me and the person in front of me, jumping all the way to orders #8 and #9, while worrying about #2, who hadn't even arrived yet. If it hadn't been for my mother being hungry, I would have cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I understand it was busy, but that's no excuse for the mix-up. At the very least, they could have apologized and offered something for the inconvenience, or at least explained what had happened. I might have to find a new place to eat if this continues. The original owners live...
