New manager needs to work with his/hers employees. Too many employees not executing orders. Some how they managed to skip me and the guy in front of me all the way to #8,9 and was worried about #2 not showing up while sitting in the car. If it wasn't my mother being hungry I would of cancelled my order and asked for my money back. I now it was busy but that's no excuse for getting out of order. At least apologize and add something for the inconvenience tell me what happened. Finding a new spot losing me as a customer. The original owners live on my street. They are good people.
