We popped in for a quick lunch on what was still a relatively busy Friday afternoon, but got served quickly and found a table easily. Tea was served in proper mugs at a decent strength, my BBQ chicken panini had proper chunks of chicken and was not drowning in sauce and to really top it off, the crisps were paired!! No half a dozen plain crisps, but a generous serving of roast chicken crisps!! Tasted great, lovely and fresh would definitely return!

Yesterday, we took the number 1X Clipper bus from the Quadrant bus station in Swansea to Bridgend. While exploring the local market, we decided to have lunch at the Rhiw Teapot Café. The food was excellent, drinks were good, and the service was top-notch. The tables were very clean. We will definitely be stopping by again on our next visit to this town.

My friend and I enjoy the Thai cuisine at this restaurant. We never have to wait too long and the food is always fresh. We have also sampled the English breakfasts, which are delicious as well. The friendly staff and the tasty Thai food keep us coming back again and again. I would have given it 5 stars, but unfortunately it's not right next door to me!

Just went up the the Rhiw with some colleagues for an all day breakfast and this little place was bustling! I couldn’t believe how busy it was on a Wednesday morning. The atmosphere was great. A proper little town cafe. The food was also brilliant. Cooked fresh and hot. I highly recommend this little place! Book a table now

Took a visit to the market and decided to have breakfast at this little cafe. Good selection of meals with small, medium and large size choice. Food was cooked well and serving was generous. They also serve Thai meals. Prices were very reasonable and worth going back again.

We traveled from the valleys just to enjoy breakfast at this restaurant, and it was worth it! The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff are always friendly. You won't have to wait more than five minutes for your food after placing your order.

I’ve now eaten here several times. It is a small cafe with plastic table cloths that is slowly expanding into the wider market to cater for the expanding clientele. Today it was particularly busy and I was lucky to get a table. Book a table now

I had virtually given up trying to find any Indian, Chinese or Thai restaurant open in Bridgend (or anywhere in S Wales) and resigned myself to going to the Caff in the Market.
