They put in place a small card with just two choices, which proves the freshness and absolute control of each of their dishes. . We tested a truffle ice, with a chestnut drop, it was fresh and original! I loved the crisper of the grilled salsifis with wood fire, and the St Jacques shells... Miam miam!
