My wife and I arrived at Rhoda's at 4 pm for a beer after skiing. 20 minutes later, a friend joined us and I ordered another beer and chips with queso. Despite having a visible order flag, we waited and waited as it was busy. After 20 minutes, my friend asked the bartender about the chips and queso. It took another 10 minutes for them to be delivered, with no apology or explanation. The queso was cold, indicating that it had been reheated as the kitchen had already closed. This delay made us the last customers in the restaurant and we missed the last skier wagon to the parking lot.
