Cody was a fantastic, friendly, and attentive waitress. I ordered the half slab of ribs, and the rub was outstanding. The ribs were cooked perfectly, aside from the silver skin, which I removed myself. My wife’s chicken and sausage were cooked to perfection. The okra was not overcooked like it often is, and the mac and cheese was creamy and delicious. Having lived in KC for so long, we rarely eat BBQ elsewhere, but this place offered more great dishes than most spots in KC.
It's best to dine in, the quality of food for take out/curbside pick up not the best. You can order ribs when you dine in and they are meaty and just all around perfect. Take out/Curbside ribs are trash and not even worth feeding to a dog. I've never understood why that's the case bit it's my experience.
Have not dined the Rib Crib experience yet. Curb side has the number a little too well. Their Catfish Plate is complete with a slice of lemon and pickle order with 2 sides. The deals are real. Do the survey for a great treat. 1 email per receipt.
Ribs were burnt and dry and the blackberry cobbler was not done the crust was chewy. Really disappointed I’ve had much better out of this store…….update….. went back a week later, got a beautiful full slab of ribs! Thank you. Book a table now
I have eaten at this restaurant twice now and both times have been excellent! The food is always delicious and I wish there was one closer to me.
This is a great spot to catch up with a friend, the service is outstanding. The brisket sandwich, although a bit dry, was still delicious.
