I visited Riggs Coffee House today with my elderly father and was disappointed with the experience, especially compared to my last visit before the pandemic. There was no hand sanitizer available, and the tables were too close together, not allowing for the required 2-meter distance. We had to order at the counter without speaking to the server or owner, who never informed us of the prices or provided a receipt. Additionally, there was no request for us to fill out any track and trace information. Upon leaving, I was eager to get out, as the magazines at the door seemed like a breeding ground for germs.
