I have made a delivery order through its website today on time for its opening at 5pm. I have waited for an hour and no sign of any food so I've called them up for the first time and asked politely where the food is. The guy who answered the call said its nearly ready and should be with us in half an hour. So its another 30 mins wait for me but still havent received the food. So called for the 2nd time and the guy says it should be with us in 2 mins. Still not here so called for the 3rd time after waiting for 10 mins. I order food from here all the time and it piping hot, tasting fresh and delicious everytime. The food quality is fantastic. And so many options! Great for vegetarians too! If you have craving for Japanese food and you're on the Harrow area, this is best place you can go. During the pandemic, it's been a real pick me up just to enjoy some good Japanese food! I ordered food from Deliveroo last night and it arrived in a mess, with items loose and scattered inside the bag. When I called the restaurant because I was having trouble reaching Deliveroo, they showed no interest, were indifferent, and rude. I have ordered from them several times before and the food was always good, but their attitude this time was unacceptable.
