Great atmosphere and good service. However the food was seriously lacking. I had looked their menu up online was hype for the chicken waffles based off the description on the menu. I was very much disappointed. It was not big, juicy, crispy chicken tenders as I was anticipating but instead what I'm pretty sure was flavorless, frozen tenders thrown in a fryer for a few minutes then cut into little pieces. The waffle was fluffy but had zero taste. A little cinnamon or vanilla or really anything would have gone a long way. Really cute place in a Main Street strip mall. It’s so much larger on the inside than you’d reliable! There’s a counter service section right up front, but the dining area is large and extends around the corner. We enjoyed a wonderful sit down birthday brunch here June 2023.-Dishes pictured; one of the eggs Benedict (unfortunately I forget which) and the Cookies and Cream French toast. Tried a basic breakfast long time ago and ordered two simple eggs sunny side up and some toast. Eggs were runny and totally uncooked. Paid $10 for two eggs and 2 toasts. Not worth the money at all for the quality of food. Country Kitchen's food was a step up but at least they charged alot less for the same exact order. Definitely do not recommend. You will likely be disappointed.

And nowadays in Patchogue, the competition is fierce. To this quarter of a century resident it came as a pleasant surprise to know that Rise and Grind can easily compete with the best of them.

This place is actually the cutest it’s my favorite breakfast place ever. The atmosphere is adorable and their coffee and food is AMAZING. Definitely recommend for a cute breakfast or brunch
The picture of the Signature French Toast is different. I didnt receive Oreos or a chocolate coated topping. Perhaps you should change the picture. Historically the food is great here.

I wish they had added more bananas, but these pancakes are enormous and incredibly delicious—wow!
Food was excellent and super delicious. Kind of expensive, but worth it. Portions are huge.
