I am definitely in the minority b c I had so much higher hopes for this restaurant given the name, the reviews, and the fact that I love Risotto. Both our risottos were a disappointment one with asparagus shrimp was rather bland while the other one (sausage and red onions) was quite heavy. We ended up splitting the dishes between us, but neither liked either one too much. The appetizers of the brushetta and octopus were excellent as was our wine. Our service was wonderful and the outside patio is great. It's very off the beaten path but not a terribly long walk from the train station.
The food here was amazing. I had home made pasta with lobster sauce topped off with a big lobster very flavorful delicious. My husband had the truffle risotto and my son had risotto with spicy sausage really spicy really good! Our appetizers sashimi and scallops with mango salsa with pink peppercorn was excellent too. But the best of all were our hosts the two Sicilian brothers who owned the restaurant one of them was the chef and the other was the one pampering us at the table. Awesome experience!
Outstanding food. Intimate mood with top not notch service. Giuseppe and the team are really welcoming, a place to return time after time again. It’s refreshing to have such a dinning spot in Munich, out of the crowd with delicious fresh food.
Celebrated my daughter birthday last night. Everything was outstanding: table, service, food and the highlight of the night was the surprise birthday tiramisu with a huge candle and fun song. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!
