Went there last night for dinner with 8 other people. My mixed salad was served without any dressing. I asked whether they have rooibos tea and instead of answering me, the waitress brought a collection a tea with a glass of hot water that I did not order. After I told another waitress that I did not order a tea in German, she asked me and? what is the problem? so I repeated myself I did not order a tea in English because by now I was upset how bad her attitude was) and then she turned to my friend and asked her in front of me so what does she want now? which I find extremely impolite. The food I found average, staff were unfriendly, one waitress was extremely impolite. I will not recommend...
Unfortunately, mistakes happened during our visit that shouldn't have happened. Long waiting times for the food, then the wrong Pinsa was delivered to my companion, but was immediately taken back and replaced. In my case, a pizza was delivered instead of a Pinsa. Due to the delivery delay, this was also delivered cold to my companion and the special request (no zucchini) was also not taken into account. The taste of the food was okay to good. The most positive thing was the extremely friendly staff, who offered to replace or warm up the pizza. Otherwise, I unfortunately cannot recommend the Acquarello.
I was in St Gallen on business with a colleague and this restaurant was recommended to us. We were very pleasantly greeted and shown to our table. Everyone spoke Italian and the decor was modern and vibrant. Our waitress was amazing (Gladys)!! She was so professional and friendly. She suggested the wines and they were excellent. One person ordered the tagliata and she could choose the knife she wanted to use!! That was a 1st for me. Everyone was welcoming, attentive to needs and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I 'd love to go back!!
From the appetizer to the wine. Everything was perfect. The meat was perfectly prepared, the appetizer ideal for 2 people. The dessert blew my mind and the wine was delicious as well. I discovered this restaurant with my husband by accident but we found our favourite. Will gladly accept the journey from Germany to come here regularly. Thanks for the service, super nice and attentive, not intrusive. Super ambience and the wine cellar on the way to the toilets speaks for itself.

We had lunch in this wonderful restaurant. Great selection of Italian wines. Fresh products, good quality meat and you have opportunity to chose knife for your steak. fantastic truffle. Service is very attentive and friendly. Will come back here for sure ! Thank you!

Very fine and exquisite card. Original and creative dishes. Food taste are at a high level. Service is not at the same level, but very friendly and helpful. Total package fully recommended. Will definitely come back.
