They don't make the Pasta in-house, except for the gnocchi, nevertheless, the pasta was great. We also ordered a filet-mignon that came with an extra dish according to your choice either vegetables (antipasto) or Pasta. The steak was very good, Medium rare as requested and the extra pasta that we chosen was delicious as well. Went for birthday dinner at this place. Though the vibe and cozy ambience of the restaurant was great, the food was mediocre. We got the table in 5ish minutes, but had to wait for the food for 1 hour 15 minutes, since the order was taken, longest I've ever waited for food to be served in my life! I've definitely had much better Italian food in the area, so this restaurant definitely felt overrated.
Italian-American style comfort food with a fancy restaurant price. 21 for a delicious but gloopy and small portion of eggplant parm. My daughter who hasn’t finished a restaurant meal in her life was hungry after her spaghetti entree. Pasta not homemade?? Also, super packed. We arrived shortly after opening and still waited for 30 minutes. Cool atmosphere, great location, atrocious parking options.
Amazing food in a cozy spot! It’s a pretty small dining room but the food was worth squishing in a corner. On a Friday night around 6:30, we waited about a half hr for a table. (The restaurant does not take reservations. House wine was $6 and a great match for our food. My partner got the lasagna and I got the scallop linguini special. Both were phenomenal!! I’ll definitely be back.
