Been hearing about this local Italian in Hermance for some time and have been eager to try. We were not disappointed! We started with delightful bruschetta appetizer (not too garlicky) and some cold Perroni beer. The restaurant is known for its pizzas so we had to try and I confirm they are indeed delicious. We tried two different ones so fresh, perfect crust totally recommend! I had a Tagliatelle with morelles mushrooms, arugula and a truffle oil and very fresh parmesan which was wonderful (voted best of the 4 plates/dishes we took). My daughter had a Penne Arrabbiata which was the only dish that we found good but nothing special compared to the rest but with so many other dishes to offer,...
