The people are so nice there. There’s a lady that’s been working there for some time, I know cause I’m always in there, and she is the most friendly person I’ve Encountered there. She serves with a smile and makes me want to buy all Of the gelati’s. I can’t say her name but she like a big teddy bear. The place is clean and the treats are well made. I’ve never had something go wrong with my order. I hope Rita’s stays This friendly for a long time.
Upon entering this establishment I feel welcomed and greeted with exceptional customer service. Each time I visit this store it smells as if it was recently cleaned and/or sanitized. If you're looking for flavorful Italian Ice treats from a warm and clean establishment I can highly recommend Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard of Roselle, NJ. Stop by and try the Pumpkin Pie Blendini its one of the Best treats!!!
I sent a picture of my order to show how dissatisfied I was with it. I was disappointed with the incorrect order and the lack of assistance from both you and Rita. I did not receive what I paid for, especially considering the price. I am very disappointed with the service provided by both Rita and DoorDash.

Ritas is consistently fantastic. Their sugar-free ices are incredible and the custard is delicious. It's a great spot that is definitely worth a visit.
Although it is expensive, the Frozen Custard Pints at this restaurant are absolutely delicious.
