Hey I would recommend this Rita’s to anyone. Rita’s water ice is Rita’s water ice, thats that. But the customer service here is what really satisfied me. Long story short I was given a errand by my lady which I normally tend to mess these things up some how. I had to pick up 6 different quarts of water ice that had to be delivered at exactly 8:50pm. Due timing of the event and for it not to melt) I called Rita’s well in advanced that day to place the order and make sure they had the flavors. I talked to a gentleman named Tyler, he had it all set up ready to go with spoons, napkins and cups all neatly in a box. Very accommodating, friendly, clean and nice selection. My toddler is lactose sensitive so it 's great for going for ice cream. Employee went and looked to assure no milk, which I appreciated but didn 't request. It was just sweet of her! He appeared to really enjoy the Unicorn ' flavor...(tasted kinda like strawberry cotton candy). Overall very nice outing with the fam.
If you like icecream and water ice, kids love it, more than I would like to pay for water ice or ice cream, go to Sam's club and get a big cone for a dollar
