The restaurant attached to the hotel was a disappointment, with extremely rude front of house staff. My wife, a friend, and I went to eat there with my wife's service dog, only to be told by the hostess to "go outside." Even after explaining that federal law allows service dogs inside, we were told we couldn't sit inside because "people don't like dogs." When we asked to speak to someone in charge, we were rudely told to find them ourselves. Eventually, the manager corrected the situation and we were seated, but the service was subpar and the waitresses were rude. The service was lacking, as there was only one waitress for our group of 20-30 people. It would have been better if the management had ensured there was enough staff to accommodate our large party. It was clear that we had planned our visit to the restaurant in advance, so the restaurant should have been prepared for our numbers. Staying at the Doubletree from out of town. Betty was my server and she was very kind.I got the apple walnut salad and it was great! Not a bad portion size either.Seemed like a good spot to pop-in and grab a drink from. They have TV’s with games on as well.Edit: I came in a 2nd time and Betty remembered me and greeted me with a huge smile! Made me feel very welcome. Sisay from the to-go stand was so friendly, we literally chatted for 20 mins haha. Didn't have a server stop by for well over 40 minutes after being seated. I flagged someone down after 25 minutes and got a sarcastic comment indicating that someone would be coming. A group sat next to us and were served immediately and we needed to ask again after that before seeing a server.

The worst service and meal we have had in a long time. Over 30 min for drinks orders and longer for food which was overcooked and cold by the time it got to the table. And no one (manager or server) seemed care. Won’t return. Give your business to another establishment in the neighborhood.
My hamburger was completely undercooked inside. I ordered it medium, but when I got to the center, it was raw and disgusting. I informed the waitress, but she barely acknowledged me.
The food was fine, we had pizza and fish chips. It was just that, fine. For a wood fired pizza place I had hoped for better pizza. The service was very good.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The pizza was fantastic and it's a perfect spot to bring children.
