This place was so great! We had no dinner, but more than a local in the bar said the food is delicious. Not to mention the prices are so affordable. The bartender Erin was honestly the most authentic sweet bartender I could talk to for years. We travel for work and they gave so many great recommendations for doing things in the area. We will definitely come back!
This local gem in Cranford is a must-visit! The food is exceptional, and the atmosphere is lively, right in the heart of the city. You can easily stroll around after grabbing a beer, and the bartenders are fantastic. It tends to get quite crowded, but that's to be expected with such great food.
They claim it's one of the best dive bars in New Jersey, but it exceeds that reputation. The food is fantastic, and the beer selection is impressive. I typically go there for lunch since I work nearby, but the service can be a little slow, so be sure to allow enough time during your visit.

The staff is quite unpleasant. I've noticed mice scurrying along the pipes above the back door. One of the employees, Louis, was particularly unkempt and disrespectful. His odor was quite off-putting.
Manage your expectations and dive in. Grab a pint of your choice before ordering a BLT instead of a tumbler. It's a fantastic spot to share some laughs or spark a revolution.
Still the best restaurant! The kitchen closes at 9 PM, so be sure to place your order before that. Open 365 days a year, they serve great food and have the best bartenders!
