The servant showed horrible attitude from the time I started placing my order. He showed extreme impoliteness, not willing to explain any item on the menu nor willingness to be flexible. I had family visiting from overseas wanting to experiment American food a hamburger and fries. It was embarrassing to me. Then I left with visible discomfort and ended up at super duper on California and Laural where we ended up with a good experience and good hamburgers. The incident happened on Friday Aug 3, 2024 at around 2:40pm. The servant on the cash register looked not so hygienic and on the shorter side.
The portions are small and do not come with any sides. The coleslaw and pickles in the burger were not enjoyable, and the patty tasted mediocre. However, the shake was delicious. The price was $25 for food that was highly overrated, and I cannot recommend this place. The reviewers here may not have tried Popeyes before. I could have spent a third of the cost and been satisfied at another restaurant.
I happened to stop by on a trip to San Francisco 10 years ago, and it was so delicious that I came back again haha. The sunny side and sweet potato fries are delicious!
Yummy gluten free burgers! The veggie is organic. Outdoor seating as well as large windows providing nice fresh air to the indoor seating.
