We got there on a Saturday night, they took our name and said they 'll txt when a table was ready, decided to wait in the car as they assured the wait wasn 't too long. 1hour 20 mins later and still no txt so I decided to follow up to find out what was going on. OMG.... hey this place was absolutely disgusting. Honestly i should have known this was gonna be a bad experience because it was around 10:30pm; towards the end of their hours. They closed off half the restaurant but we asked to be seated away from the door so when they sat us, the dude said to the manager im done taking people lmfaoooo. I 'm like my bad, i thought they closed 12/12:30. Let 's get to the food. I 've had PF Chang 's before. I enjoy the fresh clean taste of their menu. However on this night there was nothing clean. I ordered a soda with my appetizer ribs and dumplings. The soda had chunks off food and rice all over the glass. Freaking gross. Then when i took out the forks.......
As for the food, it was decent but nothing outstanding. We started with crab wontons as an appetizer, which were fine, and we also tried the brussel sprout appetizer, which I really enjoyed; it was possibly the highlight of my meal. For the main course, I decided to share with my wife. I ordered the sesame chicken, which was good but not remarkable, while she had a noodle dish that was actually quite tasty. When we arrived we had a small wait for our party of two. We were seated in a large booth which was nice. Our server was super friendly, attentive and courteous. I wish I remembered his name. The menu seemed to have a lot of options that you would expect at a Chinese restaurant along with some signature dishes. Warning to anyone reading this. We ate here last night end it was very shocking considering that the coronavirus is active in our community now. We sat at the bar to have dinner my husband and I ordered glass of wine and an ice tea both glasses had lipstick stains and marks on them in more than one places. If that's not disgusting mouth when we opened or napkins or forks and knives were covered in filth and grime. The hygiene and sanitary conditions of this restaurant are deplorable. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he apologized profusely and gave us a free dessert. I have heard about this restaurant before but haven't had the chance to visit until recently. We were here to celebrate a wonderful young lady who recently celebrated her 15th birthday. The service was good and it seemed as if everyone enjoyed their food selections and shareable appetizers. The only problem that I had with the restaurant is our seating, we were very close to the entrance which meant that we were cold from the constant air from the doorway and there was a vent over our heads that blew out cold air for the entire dinner. Most of us sat and dined with our outerwear on, seriously P.F. Chang. However, other than that issue, it was a good experience.
After sitting here for 20 mins, a waiter has finally come up to me. Now you may think it's busy NOPE. There are 4 tables that have already been served. I am the only incoming customer. One waiter was on his airpod while the other walks around aimlessly. The only 2 waiters that are truly working have not stopped since I have gotten here attending to their customers. What can I say? Service here is truly lackluster. UPDATE: My food is sitting on the pass for the last 10 mins. The waiter has yet to pick it up. Now 41 mins of my 1 hr lunch has gone by.
We love coming out here for dinner and drinks. They have an array of vegan options too. Picture featured is Buddha's feast! Other vegan options include vegetarian lettuce wraps, chili-garlic green beans, Shanghai cucumbers, coconut curry vegetables, ma pu tofu, Shanghai Waldorf salad, and Stri-Fried eggplant! They also have an amazing happy hour!

I was hoping for a great meal at this restaurant, but instead, I ended up with a very bland Malo Tofu that lacked the flavor and excitement you would expect from a place of this caliber. I would recommend choosing a main restaurant rather than dining at their "to-go" locations.
