I absolutely love this place. I have been trying to come here every Tuesday for their trivia nights when I have the chance. It's hosted by kingtrivia and the questions are always quite difficult but super fun to do in groups. On a normal weekend the place can be pretty packed but I've never seen a wait more than 30 minutes.The food here is decent. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the customer service, which is why I’m giving this place a one-star rating. If you're unhappy with your job, please don’t show it on your face, especially when serving customers who help keep your business afloat. It’s better to stay home than to project that negativity.
Most of the staff were friendly, but one Latina employee kept giving my girlfriend dirty looks, which really put a damper on our mood. Both my friend and I noticed this behavior. As a USC student, I've been to this restaurant several times, and the food and drinks are quite good. However, I must caution you that if you go after 7 PM, you may find yourself surrounded by extremely intoxicated and often rowdy college students—either at your table or trying to provoke confrontations with others who are just trying to enjoy a quiet meal. The security guard often leaves for over an hour, which allows these inebriated patrons to disturb everyone else's dining experience. My biggest issue with this place is having to do everything on my phone via the QR code. That being said, if you had to wait for a server to bring you a check in this place, you'd be in for a long wait. So in that regard, paying via your phone is a blessing. It was a Wednesday night and it wasn't packed but what limited staff they had was running in circles trying to keep up. The management just needs to hire more help! The food was good. I ended up having to walk up to the bar to get my 2nd beer because the two runners were just simply swamped. Definitely not recommended if you are in a hurry. The staff is friendly, just overworked. Please tip them generously, they deserve it!
We came in for lunch a Monday and were seated in a high top table. We are of regular height and the table and chair height did not match, meaning you can't scoot all the way in. Not that big of a deal. Someone in our party headed to the bathroom before we ordered and came back to say there was not one cover or any toilet paper in any single stall. Eeek, they were not busy at all- she had to let them know.
Wonderful place to unwind! The food is tasty, though the portion sizes are slightly smaller than what you might find at other restaurants in the village for the same price. In the evenings, you can watch live sports, and there are numerous TV screens to enhance the experience! Food rating: 4/5.

This is a fantastic place to watch sporting events, including USC football, Lakers, Dodgers, and 49ers games. The bar is outstanding, and the food and music enhance the overall experience. The staff is great as well!
